I do this work because I’ve been there as a chronic dieter and binge eater. I know exactly how the agony feels when you look in the mirror and hate your body. I know the loneliness that kicks in right before you binge. I know the frustration after you’ve broken your diet for what feels like the zillionth time.
I understand what it takes to break free of that because I’ve been there and done it myself.
I’ve got certifications in both Eating Psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition but it’s my experience having lived through the very things that my clients go through that make me an effective coach.
I know that it’s possible for you to look in the mirror and love what you see. I know what it’s like to develop and maintain tools to manage the stress and emotions you go through.
