I’m a Food Relationship Coach because I’ve been there. I know exactly how the agony feels when you look in the mirror and hate your body. I know the loneliness that kicks in right before you binge. I know the frustration after you’ve broken your diet for what feels like the 928th time.
I understand what it takes to break free of that because I’ve been there and done it myself.
I’ve got certifications in both Eating Psychology and MindBody Nutrition but it’s my experience having lived through the very things that my clients go through that make me an effective coach.
I know that it’s possible for you to look in the mirror and like what you see. I know what it’s like to develop and maintain tools to manage the stress and emotions you go through. I know what it’s like to enjoy food again - and not feel guilty about it! Now I’ve made it my mission to help you get there too.

Everyone’s journey is theirs. We can read and learn all we want about how to gain freedom in our eating and how to love our bodies again but until we are actively implementing, it remains an unseen goal. Much like you can read and learn about how to swim but until you get into the water, it’s simply an idea.
